SHIPPING:

1. Do you ship to my country?

- We currently ship only within the USA.

2. What are your shipping rates?

- All orders ship for $1.00 no matter how big or small.

3. How long are processing times?

- Your order is processed within 3 business days. From there, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to come home to you.

ORDER:

1. How can I track my order?

- After your order has been processed and fulfilled you will receive tracking via the email with which you placed the order.

2. Can I cancel my order?

- If your order has yet to be fulfilled and we haven’t provided tracking, we can cancel your order at your request. Contact support over at support@poutpotion.com to place a cancellation.

3. Something is missing from my order.

- Oopsie. Contact support@poutpotion.com

4. What is your return policy?

- Due to the nature of our products and the reliance on shipping, we do not accept returns at this time. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving a tracking number, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding the product you've received, please contact support@poutpotion.com

PRODUCTS:

1. Are your products vegan?

- All of our lip glosses are proudly formulated without animal products! We carefully source our materials with this in mind.

2. Can I buy Pout Potion products in physical retail stores?

- No.

3. Where are your products made?

- We’re super proud to formulate all of our products in-house in the USA. We care quite a bit about our product formulation. That means we outsource absolutely nothing. This way, we get complete control over our products and can ensure that no animals or people are harmed or exploited in the making of our products.
